This special addition chocolate made with unrefined sugar cane and 75% cocoa, is different to the others in the collection because of the type of cocao used creating, "Criolla Rubio."
The chocolate, of course is 100% Mexican, because it is made with labour and national inputs to the south of the country, on the Hacienda Cacaotera Jesus María.
This cocoa is selected from planting until harvest, so as to get a chocolate boutique with fruity notes.
