Blend with: Frankincense, lavender, palmarosa, patchouli, rose, rosewood, sandalwood, tea tree and thyme essential oils.
Myrrh Essential Oil is used a lot in formulations for mature and wrinkled skin. It is an oil highly prized for speeding up the healing of wounds, sores or cracked skin. Inhaled for spiritual work in meditation, stimulates the higher chakras. Astringent and antiseptic for the lungs, massage the throat.
This oil is mentioned in the Old Testament and is considered to be very important in spiritual rituals throughout the world. Called Mo Yao in China, it has been used since at least 600 bc. It was used for embalming and fumigation in ancient Egypt, and has been used for centuries as an ingredient in incense and perfume.
Note: It is recommended to place the bottle in a pot of very hot water, and change the water frequently until it returns to its liquid state. Be sure to shake before use. Precautions: Dilute before use for. External use only. May cause skin irritation in some people.
It is also recommended that a skin test performed before use. You should avoid contact with the eyes.
Storage: It is recommended that this oil is kept in containers of dark glass to maintain the freshness and to achieve maximum shelf life.
